Your live tutoring sessions take place in Engageli. Here's how to join and get set up.

Joining Your Session

  1. Log in to your K12 Tutoring account using your internet browser — we prefer Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Select Join the Session to enter your tutoring session. This button becomes available 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
  3. Allow Engageli to use your camera and microphone.
  4. Click the Settings (gear) icon to select your camera, microphone, and speakers. You can also use the Test Your Systems feature to confirm your audio and video devices are working before your session.
  5. Click the blue Sign in and Join button to enter. If your tutor hasn't opened the room yet, you'll wait in a waiting room until they admit you.

Test before you startRun Test Your Systems a few minutes early so any camera or microphone issues are sorted out before your tutor arrives.
