After logging in to your account, you can communicate with tutors, manage and adjust your existing sessions, and book new one-time or recurring sessions for individual students or small groups.
The platform also gives you the ability to review tutor feedback and session history, so you stay informed about student progress and can continue to support their learning effectively.
Upcoming Sessions
View all scheduled student and group sessions in one place. Use the three-dot menu on any session to:
- View Details — review student attendees and the tutor profile, join the live session, and message the tutor (attachments supported).
- Manage Attendees — add or remove students prior to the session start time.
- Cancel Sessions — cancel a session that is no longer needed.
Messages
Communicate with tutors by session directly within the platform. Each conversation is tied to a specific session, so context stays organized.
Session History
Review the status and feedback for previous sessions. This is where you'll find tutor notes and outcomes to help you track student progress over time.
Active Sessions
Observe live tutoring sessions as they happen to stay connected to what your students are working on.
My Profile
Confirm your time zone and profile settings so that session times display correctly and your account information stays accurate.
