View-only accessWith View Only access, you'll be able to view the items below. K12 Tutoring is actively expanding features for District Administrator users.
Rostered Students
Students rostered to your district will have an account on the K12 platform. The total number of rostered students is shown in parentheses — this includes both active and inactive students.
Rostered Educators
Clicking the Educator bubble shows details about your rostered educators. The total number of rostered educators is shown in parentheses — this includes both active and inactive educators.
Active vs. Inactive Users
- Active students may be enrolled in high-impact tutoring sessions, or — if your district allows self-booking — will have access to the preset number of self-booking hours. Inactive students cannot log in and will receive an error message until their account is reactivated.
- Active educators can view, join, or message tutors for sessions assigned to their account. If your district has Educator Booking enabled, educators can book sessions on behalf of their students. Inactive educators cannot log in and will receive an error message until reactivated.

The 3-Dot Menu

- Send Account Creation Emails — send users new account creation emails to the address on their profile.
- Download Student or Educator Error List — used for managing uploads; shows any accounts that failed to create and why.
- Download Student or Educator List — download the full student or educator list to see all users.
