The Active Sessions section is designed for administrators to access live tutoring sessions. When this feature is enabled, simply click the Join Session link to observe a session in progress.
Observe respectfullyWhen observing a session, strive to be minimally disruptive to instruction. Follow the tutor's lead and avoid interrupting the lesson unless necessary.
Arrange observation ahead of timeTutors should not allow anyone — including administrators — into ongoing sessions unless specific arrangements have been made to observe. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to observe an active session.
