Your feedback helps make Beacon by K12 Tutoring better for every student who uses it. After a session — or whenever you feel like it — you can share what worked, what didn't, and what you'd like to see improved.

How to Open the Survey

There are three ways to get to the feedback survey:

  • Celebration screen — when you answer every exercise correctly, tap Leave Feedback right from the celebration screen
  • Top-right button — click Leave Feedback in the upper right corner of the screen at any point
  • Nav bar — find the Leave Feedback link in the navigation
One survey per week You will see a short survey at most once per week. If you close it before finishing, your answers are saved — click Leave Feedback again to continue right where you left off.

The Weekly Survey

The survey changes each week, so it stays relevant to where you are. Each week focuses on something a little different.

Rating Individual Responses

At any point during a session, you can rate any message from Beacon — just hover over it and click the thumbs up or thumbs down icon. This helps the team understand exactly which explanations are landing and which need work.

Open Feedback

Want to share something outside of the weekly questions? Use the Provide Open Feedback link at the bottom of the survey window. You can write as much or as little as you like — no character limits, any time.
