The Assignment History page gives you a filterable record of every tutoring session that has been assigned to your students — past, ongoing, and not yet started. Unlike the session history on the Insights tab (which shows sessions for one student at a time), Assignment History shows activity across your entire roster in one place.
The Assignment History Table
The table displays one row per session. When an assignment was sent to a workspace, each student in that workspace gets their own row — you will never see a single workspace-level row with combined data.
Status Badges
Each row shows one of three statuses. For sessions with exercise activity, a score badge appears alongside the status label:
- Completed — the student finished all exercises
- In Progress — the student has opened and worked on the session
- Not Started — the student has not yet opened the session
Session Links and Transcripts
The Session Links column shows the assignment name for each row. Whether it's clickable depends on who assigned the session:
- Sessions you assigned — displayed as a clickable blue link. Click it to open the full Session View: a per-session Strengths and Areas for Improvement analysis at the top (refreshable via Update Analysis), the complete chat transcript on the left, and the exercise panel on the right.
- Sessions assigned by another educator — displayed as greyed-out text with no link. You can see that the session exists and its status but cannot view the transcript.
Filtering by Tutor
Use the Filter by Tutor dropdown to narrow the table to sessions assigned by a specific educator — including yourself. This is the fastest way to see only your own assignments across all students without having to switch to the per-student Insights view.
